Magica!Stuck Tavros soul gem becomes corrupted when he realizes his wish for bravery was a waste of a good wish. Instead of using it on someone else who really needed a miracle, he used the wish for bravery. Tavros felt so selfish and guilty and eventually fell into a void of despair, turning into Santa Gertrudis, which is basically the equivalent of Gertrud that gets defeated by Vriska.
